Womenpreneur Academy: Penguatan Personal Branding dan Wirausaha Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Bagi Kelompok Populasi Kunci di Kota Denpasar

Kelompok Pekerja Seks Komersial (PSK) merupakan populasi kunci yang menghadapi tantangan sosial, ekonomi, dan kesehatan secara multidimensi. Di Kota Denpasar, keterbatasan akses terhadap pekerjaan formal dan stigma sosial memperburuk kondisi PSK dalam mencapai kemandirian ekonomi. Program Womenpreneur Academy hadir sebagai solusi berbasis pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan, penguatan personal branding, serta pemanfaatan teknologi sederhana dan pendekatan kearifan lokal. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi PSK di Kota Denpasar melalui peningkatan keterampilan kewirausahaan, penguatan personal branding, serta pengembangan usaha berbasis kearifan lokal. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan intensif, dan strategi keberlanjutan program, yang melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa, serta mitra komunitas. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan kewirausahaan peserta, termasuk peningkatan keterampilan produksi, pemasaran digital, serta pengelolaan keuangan usaha. Dampak program juga terlihat dari transformasi sosial peserta dan penguatan kolaborasi komunitas. Keberhasilan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap pencapaian SDG 1 (Tanpa Kemiskinan), SDG 5 (Kesetaraan Gender), dan SDG 8 (Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi pendekatan sosial, teknologi, dan budaya mampu menciptakan model pemberdayaan yang kontekstual dan dapat direplikasi. Program ini tidak hanya bersifat transformatif bagi peserta, tetapi juga membuka ruang pembelajaran bagi pengembangan pengabdian masyarakat berbasis komunitas marginal lainnya.
