Perancangan Sistem Informasi Layanan Kedukaan KazBim Berbasis Web Pada Yayasan Pengembangan Dhu’afa Bina Insan Mubarak

Yayasan Pengembangan Dhu’afa Bina Insan Mubarak (YPDBim) berfokus pada pemberdayaan masyarakat, khususnya dalam bidang pemulasaran jenazah melalui program KazBim. Namun, YPDBim menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen relawan dan donasi, terutama terkait pendataan pelayanan kedukaan, koordinasi relawan, serta pelaporan donasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal ini menghambat efisiensi dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan layanan sosial yang diberikan. Solusi yang diusulkan adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis website untuk mempercepat layanan kedukaan, dan untuk melakukan koordinasi relawan dengan lebih baik serta transparansi donasi kepada donatur. Sistem Informasi pengelolaan relawan dan donasi berbasis web dikembangkan dengan melakukan identifikasi permasalahan mitra dan analisa kebutuhan Sistem. Setelah itu dilakukan perancangan aplikasi berbasis web dengan merancang basis data, desain interface serta modul transaksi. Setelah itu dilakukan pengujian aplikasi. Setelah aplikasi selesai dirancang, aplikasi diimplementasi serta diujicoba oleh para pengurus yayasan, dan dievaluasi. Jika masih terdapat kesalahan dan kekurangan dari sistem, dilakukan perbaikan sehingga sistem dapat dipakai oleh pengurus yayasan untuk pelayanan kedukaan selanjutnya. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi dalam manajemen relawan dan donasi melalui sistem informasi berbasis website. Dengan demikian, kualitas layanan sosial dapat lebih baik dengan penanganan yang lebih cepat, pengurus yayasan memiliki kemampuan manajerial relawan yang lebih baik, serta dampak positif terhadap masyarakat dapat diperluas karena informasi donasi didapatkan secara cepat dan akurat. Dari evaluasi pengenalan sistem saat pelatihan kepada pengurus yayasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa fitur yang dibuat pada aplikasi KazBIM mudah dioperasikan. Terbukti dengan hasil kuesioner pada peserta pelatihan sebanyak 71% memberikan pendapat bahwa fitur yang dibuat mudah dipakai. Sedang 25% peserta menganggap fitur yang dibuat pada aplikasi sangat mudah dan 4% dari peserta berpendapat bahwa fitur pada aplikasi KazBIM cukup mudah dipakai. Kemudian hasil dari kuesioner selanjutnya, semua peserta berpendapat bahwa pelatihan yang berikan sangat bermanfaat bagi pekerjaan mereka. Demikian juga penggunaan sistem informasi layanan kedukaan KazBimKazbim dapat memberikan manfaat yang besar (sebanyak 100%) bagi peserta dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan mereka di KazBIM.
Design of a Web-Based KazBim Grief Service Information System at the Bina Insan Mubarak Dhu'afa Development Foundation
Abstract
The Mubarak Human Development and Dhu'afa Empowerment Foundation (YPDBim) focuses on community empowerment, particularly in body care services through the KazBim program. However, YPDBim faces challenges in volunteer and donation management, especially regarding data collection, coordination, and reporting, which are still carried out manually. This hinders efficiency and transparency in managing the social services provided. The proposed solution is to develop a website-based information system for donation transparency. The web-based Donation Information System was developed by identifying partner issues and analyzing system requirements. The web-based application was then designed, including database design, interface design, and transaction modules. The application was then tested. After the design was complete, it was implemented and tested by the foundation's administrators, and evaluated. If errors or deficiencies remained, improvements were made so that the system could be used by the foundation's administrators in the future. This information system is designed to facilitate various transaction services such as a donation system, providing grief support services, and donation reports to donors and volunteer management in real time. Users can access this system through a web browser using a computer device. Through socialization and training in the use of digital systems, it is hoped that the foundation's management can manage volunteer data and donation reports more efficiently and transparently. This activity is expected to improve efficiency and transparency in volunteer and donation management through a website-based information system. Thus, the quality of social services can be enhanced, the foundation's management will have better managerial skills, and the positive impact on the community can be expanded. From the evaluation of the system introduction during training for the foundation's management, it can be concluded that the features created in the KazBIM application are easy to operate. This is evidenced by the questionnaire results from training participants, where 71% stated that the features were easy to use. Meanwhile, 25% of participants found the features in the application very easy to use, and 4% of participants believed that the features in the KazBIM application were quite easy to use. The results of the subsequent questionnaire showed that all participants found the training very beneficial to their work. Likewise, using the KazBIM website significantly benefited participants (100%) in completing their work within KazBIM.
