Efektivitas Latihan Bola Gantung vs Keseimbangan terhadap Performa Smash Kedeng Sepak Takraw pada Siswa SMA

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Bukti terbaru menunjukkan latihan spesifik-tugas (bola gantung) dan latihan berbasis stabilitas (keseimbangan) sama-sama berpotensi meningkatkan pukulan atas pada sepak takraw, namun keunggulan komparatifnya pada konteks sekolah belum tegas. Tujuan: Menilai efektivitas latihan bola gantung dibanding latihan keseimbangan terhadap peningkatan performa smash kedeng, dengan fokus pada perubahan skor (?) dan ukuran efek. Metode: Desain dua-kelompok pretest–posttest; 24 siswa ekstrakurikuler dibagi seimbang (n=12/kelompok) melalui ordinal pairing dan alokasi acak. Intervensi terstruktur 3×/minggu selama 6–8 minggu. Pengukuran mengikuti SOP uji akurasi dengan reliabilitas antar-penilai. Uji asumsi menggunakan Shapiro–Wilk (n<50) dan Levene; analisis paired t (dalam-kelompok) serta uji t independen pada ?/ANCOVA (antar-kelompok). Hasil: Kelompok bola gantung meningkat dari 10,00±3,72 ke 20,75±3,52 (?=10,75; t(11)=8,28; dz=2,39). Kelompok keseimbangan meningkat dari 11,67±4,50 ke 20,08±3,70 (?=8,41; t(11)=6,92; dz=2,00). Perbedaan ? antar-kelompok sebesar 2,34 poin, t?1,32; d?0,54; 95% CI selisih ? melintasi nol (tidak signifikan). Kesimpulan: Keduanya efektif dengan efek sangat besar dalam-kelompok; bola gantung memperlihatkan tren keunggulan praktis namun belum signifikan pada ukuran sampel ini. Implikasi: Program sekolah disarankan mengombinasikan drill bola gantung sebagai inti dengan modul keseimbangan/inti yang terstruktur, serta pelaporan ?, CI 95%, dan ukuran efek untuk evaluasi kualitas.
