Abstract

Keterbatasan akses pembelajaran, teknologi, dan kesempatan aktivitas gerak masih menjadi tantangan bagi siswa sekolah dasar di daerah 3T. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Hybrid Movement Learning (HML) terhadap kebugaran jasmani dan prestasi akademik siswa. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group pretest–posttest dengan 26 siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Gegerung yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen (n = 13) dan kontrol (n = 13). Kebugaran jasmani diukur menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Siswa Indonesia (TKSI), sedangkan prestasi akademik diukur melalui tes pilihan ganda. HML mengintegrasikan media digital, demonstrasi gerak, praktik tatap muka, aktivitas di luar kelas, dan umpan balik guru. Skor kebugaran kelompok eksperimen meningkat dari 16,92 menjadi 19,77, sedangkan kelompok kontrol dari 16,46 menjadi 16,62. Perbedaan perubahan antar-kelompok signifikan, t(24) = 5,82, p < .001, η²p = .585. Prestasi akademik kelompok eksperimen meningkat dari 65,0 menjadi 88,2. HML menunjukkan potensi kuat dalam meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani dan memberikan indikasi positif terhadap prestasi akademik siswa.
