Analisis Kapasitas Anaerobik dan Indikator Performa Sprint Pemain Futsal Putri Menggunakan Running-Based Anaerobic Sprint Test

Data mengenai kapasitas anaerobik dan pola penurunan performa sprint pada pemain futsal putri, khususnya dalam konteks Indonesia, masih terbatas sehingga diperlukan pemetaan berbasis tes lapangan yang relevan dan terstandar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis profil kapasitas anaerobik dan indikator performa sprint pemain futsal putri Kabupaten Bogor menggunakan Running-Based Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik total sampling terhadap 20 pemain berusia 18–23 tahun. RAST terdiri atas enam sprint maksimal sejauh 35 m dengan interval istirahat 10 detik. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata peak power 465,35 W (SD = 65,82), mean power 385,20 W (SD = 58,15), dan fatigue index 39,45% (SD = 6,51), dengan rentang 28,7–48,3%. Rata-rata waktu sprint meningkat dari 5,65 detik pada sprint pertama menjadi 6,65 detik pada sprint keenam, atau berubah 17,7%. Temuan menunjukkan variasi deskriptif kapasitas anaerobik dan pola penurunan performa sprint. RAST dapat digunakan untuk physical profiling dan monitoring, tetapi tidak untuk menjelaskan mekanisme fisiologis atau memprediksi performa pertandingan secara langsung.
