Analisis Struktur Atas Jembatan Rangka Baja Tipe Warren Kelas A60 (Studi Kasus: Jembatan Marsedan Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu Kalimantan Barat)

Pembangunan infrastruktur transportasi memerlukan perencanaan jembatan yang tidak hanya aman, tetapi juga efisien dan ekonomis guna mendukung kelancaran mobilitas masyarakat serta distribusi barang. Salah satu tipe jembatan yang banyak digunakan adalah jembatan rangka baja tipe Warren kelas A60, yang dipilih karena memiliki keunggulan dalam efisiensi distribusi beban, kekakuan tinggi untuk bentang panjang, serta ketahanan terhadap beban dinamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja struktur atas Jembatan Marsedan yang direncanakan di Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu, Kalimantan Barat, dengan fokus pada kapasitas momen lentur, gaya geser, gaya aksial, serta lendutan struktur terhadap kombinasi pembebanan sesuai standar. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SAP2000 dengan acuan SNI 1725:2016 untuk pembebanan, SNI 2833:2016 untuk beban gempa, serta SNI 1729:2020 untuk perencanaan struktur baja. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh elemen struktur memiliki kapasitas yang memadai dalam menahan beban rencana. Namun, lendutan yang terjadi melebihi batas izin, sehingga diperlukan penerapan sistem lawan lendut (camber system) untuk menjaga kinerja layanan jembatan. Secara keseluruhan, desain jembatan dinyatakan aman, andal, serta layak direalisasikan sebagai bagian dari pembangunan infrastruktur strategis daerah.
The development of transportation infrastructure requires bridge planning that is not only safe, but also efficient and economical to support the smooth mobility of people and the distribution of goods. One type of bridge that is widely used is the Warren type A60 steel truss bridge, which is chosen because it has advantages in load distribution efficiency, high stiffness for long spans, and resistance to dynamic loads. This study aims to analyze the performance of the superstructure of the Marsedan Bridge planned in Kapuas Hulu Regency, West Kalimantan, with a focus on the capacity of bending moments, shear forces, axial forces, and deflections of the structure against standard loading combinations. The analysis was carried out using SAP2000 software with reference to SNI 1725:2016 for loading, SNI 2833:2016 for earthquake loads, and SNI 1729:2020 for steel structure planning. The results of the analysis indicate that all structural elements have adequate capacity to withstand the design loads. However, the deflection that occurs exceeds the permitted limit, so the application of a camber system is required to maintain the bridge's service performance. Overall, the bridge design was declared safe, reliable, and worthy of being realized as part of the regional strategic infrastructure development.
