Evaluasi Keterampilan Dasar Mengajar Mahasiswa Pada Mata Kuliah Microteaching Prodi Pendidikan Tari

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi keterampilan dasar mengajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tari Universitas Lampung pada mata kuliah Microteaching. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi nonpartisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dan fishbone diagram untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keterampilan mengajar. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 63 mahasiswa dari dua kelas yang mengikuti microteaching pada Juli–Agustus 2025. Hasil menunjukkan mahasiswa mampu merencanakan pembelajaran, memberikan penguatan, mengelola kelas, dan membimbing kelompok kecil. Namun, kemampuan mengaitkan materi lama dengan materi baru, menjelaskan secara interaktif, menggunakan media pembelajaran secara optimal, dan merancang pertanyaan lanjutan yang menstimulasi berpikir kritis masih perlu ditingkatkan. Faktor yang memengaruhi keterampilan mengajar meliputi kesiapan mahasiswa, metode pembelajaran, kondisi lingkungan kelas, bimbingan dosen, dan karakteristik materi tari. Temuan menekankan pentingnya microteaching yang terstruktur, strategi pembelajaran kontekstual, dan penerapan scaffolding untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis serta kualitas pengajaran mahasiswa. Studi ini memberikan dasar empiris bagi pengembangan program pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dalam pendidikan seni tari di tingkat perguruan tinggi.
