Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Swasta di Kecamatan Pamulang. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin inspiratif yang mampu memotivasi guru serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei terhadap guru SD swasta. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket tertutup yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, disiplin kerja, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan, dan budaya kerja sekolah. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan bagi kepala sekolah dan pemangku kepentingan pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah swasta.
