Penelitian dengan kajian feminisme ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persona tokoh perempuan dalam novel *Hati Suhita* karya Khilma Anis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi pustaka deskriptif, di mana objek material utama adalah kutipan teks novel *Hati Suhita* yang merepresentasikan persona tokoh perempuan, khususnya Alina Suhita dan Rara Rengganis. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik langsung melalui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa persona Alina Suhita digambarkan sebagai perempuan mandiri dan resilien yang menentang norma patriarkal melalui perjuangan emosional dan profesionalnya, sementara Rara Rengganis merepresentasikan persona korban subordinasi yang akhirnya bangkit melalui kesadaran diri dan solidaritas perempuan. Kajian juga mengungkap bentuk-bentuk ketidakadilan seperti stereotip gender, subordinasi, dan marginalisasi dalam masyarakat patriarkal. Persona tokoh perempuan dalam novel *Hati Suhita* mencerminkan perlawanan terhadap ketidakadilan gender melalui stereotip, subordinasi, dan marginalisasi, dengan implikasi nilai edukatif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran feminis dan kesetaraan gender di masyarakat.
