Analisis Dampak HKM Terhadap Pendapatan Masyarakat KTH Sekaroh Maju di Desa Sekaroh Lombok Timur

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak Hutan Kemasyarakatan (HKm) terhadap pendapatan dan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat anggota Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) Sekaroh Maju di Desa Sekaroh, Kecamatan Jerowaru, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2025 dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 74 petani HKm, dengan sampel sebanyak 43 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara menggunakan kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data meliputi perhitungan biaya produksi, penerimaan, pendapatan usahatani, serta analisis tingkat kesejahteraan berdasarkan standar kemiskinan Bank Dunia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total penerimaan usahatani mencapai Rp1.442.226.907 per tahun dengan total biaya produksi sebesar Rp639.549.429 per tahun, sehingga diperoleh total pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp802.677.478 atau rata-rata Rp18.666.918 per petani per tahun. Komoditas utama yang diusahakan meliputi jagung, tembakau, dan sengon, dengan kontribusi pendapatan terbesar berasal dari tembakau. Namun demikian, analisis tingkat kesejahteraan menunjukkan bahwa 47% petani masih berada pada kategori kemiskinan ekstrem, 44% pada kategori menengah bawah, dan hanya 9% yang berada pada kategori menengah atas. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program HKm memberikan dampak positif terhadap pendapatan petani, tetapi belum sepenuhnya mampu meningkatkan tingkat kesejahteraan sebagian besar anggota KTH Sekaroh Maju.

This study aims to analyze the impact of Community Forest Management on the income and welfare of members of the Sekaroh Maju Forest Farmers Group in Sekaroh Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency. This study was conducted in October 2025 using a quantitative descriptive approach. The research population consisted of 74 HKm farmers, with a sample of 43 respondents determined using the Slovin formula through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through observation, interviews using questionnaires, and literature studies. Data analysis included calculations of production costs, income, agricultural income, and welfare level analysis based on the World Bank's poverty standard. The results showed that total agricultural income reached IDR 1,442,226,907 per year with total production costs of IDR 639,549,429 per year, resulting in a total net income of IDR 802,677,478 or an average of IDR 18,666,918 per farmer per year. The main commodities grown include corn, tobacco, and sengon, with tobacco contributing the most to income. However, the welfare level analysis shows that 47% of farmers are still in the extreme poverty category, 44% in the lower middle class, and only 9% in the upper middle class. This study concludes that the HKm program has had a positive impact on farmers' income, but has not yet fully improved the welfare of most members of the Sekaroh Maju forest farmer group.
