Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap sikap ilmiah dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada mata pelajaran Pembenihan Ikan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment berupa pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 32 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 30 siswa kelas kontrol yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data sikap ilmiah dikumpulkan menggunakan angket, sedangkan data hasil belajar kognitif diperoleh melalui tes. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05) untuk kedua variabel, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan penerapan model PjBL terhadap sikap ilmiah dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Nilai Cohen's d sebesar 2,16 untuk sikap ilmiah dan 4,15 untuk hasil belajar kognitif termasuk kategori very large effect. Penerapan model PjBL terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan sikap ilmiah dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Melalui keterlibatan siswa dalam penyelesaian proyek nyata, model PjBL mampu mendorong siswa berpikir kritis, bekerja sama, meningkatkan rasa ingin tahu, serta menghubungkan konsep pembelajaran dengan permasalahan nyata di bidang pembenihan ikan. Dengan demikian, model PjBL berpotensi menjadi alternatif pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SMK.
