Pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut penguasaan literasi sains dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif sebagai kompetensi esensial bagi peserta didik. Pengembangan bahan ajar yang mampu meningkatkan kedua kompetensi tersebut merupakan kebutuhan penting dalam pembelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan modul IPA terintegrasi Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang valid, untuk meningkatkan literasi sains dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development dengan model ADDIE. Validitas modul dinilai oleh enam validator menggunakan Aiken’s V dengan rata-rata 0,89. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa modul IPA terintegrasi PBL valid sebagai bahan ajar kontekstual untuk mendukung keterampilan abad ke-21. Implikasinya, modul ini berpotensi menjadi alternatif bahan ajar yang meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran IPA di SMP serta memperkuat literasi sains dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah modul yang dikembangkan dapat menjadi alternatif bahan ajar yang inovatif dan kontekstual bagi guru untuk memperkuat literasi sains dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik, serta berpotensi meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran IPA di tingkat SMP.
