Efektivitas Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Genially terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terbatasnya penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif yang mampu secara optimal meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Desain Brief, yang menuntut pemahaman konseptual sekaligus kemampuan analisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Genially dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan desain non-equivalent control group. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 27 siswa kelas XI DKV 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 28 siswa kelas XI DKV 3 sebagai kelas kontrol di SMK Negeri 8 Bandarlampung. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes pretest dan posttest yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji N-Gain dan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata N-Gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,77 lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol sebesar 0,55. Selain itu, hasil uji independent sample t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi < 0,001, yang mengindikasikan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Genially memberikan peningkatan hasil belajar yang lebih baik dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional dalam konteks penelitian ini. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan, media pembelajaran berbasis Genially berpotensi menjadi alternatif yang efektif untuk mendukung pembelajaran Desain Brief.
This study was motivated by the limited use of interactive learning media that can optimally improve students’ learning outcomes in the Design Brief subject, which requires conceptual understanding and analytical ability. The study used a quantitative quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design involving 27 students in the experimental class and 28 students in the control class at SMK Negeri 8 Bandarlampung. Data were collected through validated and reliable pretest and posttest instruments, then analyzed using N-Gain and an independent sample t-test. The results showed that the experimental class obtained an average N-Gain of 0.77, which was higher than the control class average of 0.55. The t-test also produced a significance value of < 0.001, indicating a significant difference between the two groups. These findings suggest that Genially-based interactive learning media improves learning outcomes more effectively than printed learning media and can be used as an alternative medium for supporting Design Brief learning.
