This study aims to examine the effect of physical comfort, service timeliness, and employee communication on community satisfaction at the UPTD Dispendukcapil Region IV Boja, Kendal Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis on 100 respondents selected using accidental sampling with strict inclusion criteria. The results showed that partially, physical comfort had no significant effect on community satisfaction (Sig. 0.934 > 0.05), while service timeliness (Sig. 0.020 < 0.05) and employee communication (Sig. <0.001) had a positive and significant effect. Employee communication proved to be the most dominant variable with the highest Beta value of 0.664. Simultaneously, the three variables had a significant effect on community satisfaction (F count 69.065; Sig. <0.001) with an Adjusted R² value of 0.673, meaning the three variables explained 67.3% of the variation in community satisfaction. These findings confirm that improving the quality of employee communication and service timeliness are the main priorities in efforts to enhance community satisfaction in civil registration administrative services.
