Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Media Pembelajaran Story Book Berbasis Penguatan Karakter Dengan Kearifan Lokal Bali Untuk Membantu Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian model Pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV A di SD Negeri 2 Banyuning yang berjumlah 30 orang. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil instrumen data Ahli Uji Validitas, data Ahli Uji Kepraktisan, data Uji Efektivitas, dan Lembar Instrumen Motivasi Belajar. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal (Shapiro-Wilk: pretest 0,537; posttest 0,913 > 0,05). Indeks validitas media dan materi Story Book berbasis Penguatan Karakter dengan Kearifan Lokal Bali untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,916 dan 0,9 dengan predikat/kualifikasi sangat baik/validitas tinggi. Indeks validitas kepraktisan media Story Book berbasis Penguatan Karakter dengan Kearifan Lokal Bali untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa memperoleh persentase sebesar 98% dengan kualifikasi sangat praktis. Rata-rata motivasi belajar meningkat dari 55,87 (pretest) menjadi 68,80 (posttest). Media Story Book berbasis Penguatan Karakter dengan Kearifan Lokal Bali untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa yang dilihat dari nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) pada uji Paired Sample T-Test menunjukkan angka 0,000 < 0,05 (taraf signifikansi 5%) dengan nilai t-hitung = -13,821 dan df = 29, yang berarti Media Story Book berbasis Penguatan Karakter dengan Kearifan Lokal Bali efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar.
