This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and user attitudes on the quality of student services through the implementation of the Service Survey Information System (SIVELA) at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Semarang State University. This study is motivated by the importance of utilizing information technology to enhance the effectiveness of digital-based student service evaluations. The approach used in this study is quantitative with an explanatory research design. Research data were obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 105 active students using simple random sampling. The research stages included problem identification, instrument development, data collection, and data analysis using multiple linear regression with the assistance of the SPSS application. The results indicate that perceptions of ease of use and user attitudes have a positive and significant influence on the quality of student services. Meanwhile, the perception of usefulness did not show a significant influence. However, collectively, these three independent variables were proven to have a significant effect on the quality of student services with a coefficient of determination of 73.5%. This study shows that the ease of use of the system and positive user attitudes are important factors in supporting the improvement of information technology-based student service quality.
