Micro-scale food-processing enterprises depend on the availability of production assets, yet limited resources often cause asset management practices to remain informal and reactive. This study assesses asset management maturity in micro-scale tofu enterprises and identifies improvement priorities using ISO 55001:2014. A descriptive case-study design was applied to three micro-enterprises located in Bekasi, Cikampek, and Karawang. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, direct observation, and documentation using the Institute of Asset Management’s Self-Assessment Methodology Plus, consisting of 39 questions representing 27 ISO 55001:2014 sub-clauses. Evidence from interviews, observations, and documents was triangulated and scored on a 0–5 maturity scale. The owner perspective achieved an average score of 1.27 and the worker perspective 1.00, while recalculation of the overall sub-clause profile produced an average of 1.14, corresponding to the Aware level. Only one sub-clause reached the Competent level, whereas 26 remained below level 3 and 19 were below level 2. Planning showed the lowest clause-level score (0.33), followed by Support (0.88), indicating weaknesses in objective setting, planning, resource allocation, information management, and documentation. The findings suggest that improvement should be staged through clearly assigned responsibilities, a basic asset register, maintenance schedules, failure records, simple performance indicators, and periodic reviews before adopting more complex digital solutions.
