Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ice breaking (gerak & lagu) terhadap minat belajar peserta didik kelas IV SDN 52 Cakranegara. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan jenis Quasi Eksperimental Design tipe Nonequivalent Control Grup Design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas IVA dan IVB SDN 52 Cakranegara. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 44 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 22 peserta didik kelas IVA sebagai kelompok kontrol dan 22 peserta didik kelas IVB sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji normalitas dilakukan dengan perhitungan data berupa hasil angket minat belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan rumus Shaphiro Wilk dengan taraf signifikansi 5% (0,05). Setelah diolah, terbukti data berdistribusi normal. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji homogenitas data menggunakan uji Fisher dan terbukti homogen. Setelah data terbukti berdistribusi normal dan homogen, selanjutnya dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan uji-t menggunakan data perhitungan post-test peserta didik. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai t hitung = 12,050 dan nilai Sig. 2 tailed sebesar 0,001 yang nilainya kurang dari 0,05. Maka dari itu, bisa disimpulkan bahwa jika nilai Sig.2 tailed<0,05 berarti hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh ice breaking (gerak & lagu) terhadap minat belajar peserta didik kelas IV SDN 52 Cakranegara.
