Proses pembayaran uang sekolah (SPP) di SMAN 7 Garut yang masih dilakukan secara manual atau transfer tanpa sistem pencatatan terpadu menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti kurangnya transparansi informasi tagihan, rekapitulasi yang memakan waktu, risiko hilangnya bukti riwayat pembayaran, serta absennya pengingat otomatis menjelang jatuh tempo. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pembayaran uang sekolah berbasis website yang mampu menyederhanakan proses pembayaran, meningkatkan transparansi bagi orang tua dan pihak sekolah, menyediakan invoice digital yang dapat diakses sewaktu-waktu, serta menghadirkan fitur notifikasi otomatis. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall yang mencakup tahap Communication, Planning, Modelling, Construction, dan Deployment. Sistem dibangun dengan framework VueJS untuk sisi front-end, ExpressJS untuk back-end, PostgreSQL sebagai basis data, dan Firebase Cloud Messaging untuk pengiriman notifikasi yang dipicu oleh job scheduler pada sisi server. Pengujian back-end terhadap seluruh fitur utama menunjukkan bahwa semua skenario uji dinyatakan valid. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa sistem mampu menyajikan dashboard status tagihan secara real-time, menyederhanakan alur pembayaran dalam satu halaman terintegrasi, menyimpan riwayat pembayaran sebagai invoice digital, serta mengirimkan notifikasi otomatis terkait status dan jatuh tempo tagihan tanpa campur tangan manual staf tata usaha.
