Transformasi digital pelayanan kesehatan mendorong fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan untuk mengimplementasikan rekam medis elektronik (RME). Keberhasilan implementasi RME tidak hanya ditentukan oleh ketersediaan sistem dan infrastruktur teknologi informasi, tetapi juga oleh kesiapan petugas kesehatan sebagai pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan petugas kesehatan dalam implementasi RME di Puskesmas Ambalawi menggunakan pendekatan Technology Readiness Index (TRI). Penelitian melibatkan 50 petugas kesehatan sebagai responden. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri atas 16 pernyataan berdasarkan empat dimensi TRI dengan skala Likert 1–4. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan nilai rata-rata setiap dimensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi optimism memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,37 (sangat tinggi), innovativeness 3,27 (sangat tinggi), discomfort 2,18 (rendah), dan insecurity 2,15 (rendah). Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor pendorong (optimism dan innovativeness) lebih dominan dibandingkan faktor penghambat (discomfort dan insecurity). Temuan tersebut menggambarkan bahwa petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Ambalawi memiliki kecenderungan kesiapan psikologis yang positif dalam menghadapi implementasi RME. Kesiapan tersebut perlu diperkuat melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, pendampingan pengguna, dukungan teknis, penguatan keamanan informasi, serta penyediaan infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai.
