Pengelolaan sumber daya air yang efektif penting untuk keberlanjutan irigasi dan kepuasan petani. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pengelola irigasi dan pengambil kebijakan dalam merumuskan strategi perbaikan pelayanan berbasis kebutuhan petani. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis kinerja manajemen, kepuasan petani, kesenjangan kinerja-kepuasan, serta hubungan kedua variabel di Daerah Irigasi Embung Bual, Lombok Tengah. Metode mixed methods deskriptif korelasional digunakan dengan data primer dari observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan kuesioner terhadap 68 petani (rumus Slovin, cluster random sampling hulu-tengah-hilir), serta data sekunder dari dokumen instansi terkait. Analisis meliputi uji validitas/reliabilitas, pembobotan AHP yang melibatkan 5 pakar dengan rasio konsistensi <0,1, penilaian kinerja (Permen PUPR 12/2015), kepuasan petani, PSI, diagram Kartesius, dan korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil: Nilai Kinerja Irigasi 71,69 (baik), kepuasan 68,07% (puas), PSI 94,95% yang mengindikasikan adanya service gap antara kinerja teknis dan persepsi petani. Diagram Kartesius menunjukkan saluran irigasi, bangunan bagi, distribusi air, dan pelayanan pengaduan sebagai prioritas perbaikan, sedangkan pengelolaan P3A perlu dipertahankan. Korelasi Rank Spearman rₛ=0,922 (sangat kuat, positif). Kesimpulan: peningkatan terpadu melalui rehabilitasi infrastruktur, pemerataan distribusi, penguatan P3A, dan peningkatan pelayanan diperlukan untuk meminimalkan kesenjangan. Rekomendasi strategis mencakup rehabilitasi saluran prioritas, penjadwalan distribusi yang transparan dan adil, serta pelatihan pengurus P3A secara berkala guna mendukung keberlanjutan pengelolaan irigasi.
