This study examined the partial and simultaneous relationships of lower-limb explosive power and abdominal muscular endurance with 100-m sprint performance among students in the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program in 2026. A quantitative correlational design was applied to 21 students with complete data drawn from a population of 141 students enrolled in a basic athletics course. Lower-limb explosive power was assessed using the standing broad jump, abdominal muscular endurance using a 30-s sit-up test, and sprint performance using a 100-m running test. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Liliefors normality test, Pearson product-moment correlation, multiple correlation, t tests, and an F test at a significance level of 0.05. Mean performances were 2.31±0.314 m for the standing broad jump, 17.57±6.461 repetitions for sit-ups, and 14.61±1.563 s for the 100-m sprint. The source analysis reported very strong relationships between lower-limb explosive power and sprint performance (r=0.996; t=48.59) and between abdominal muscular endurance and sprint performance (r=0.977; t=19.99); the simultaneous relationship was also reported as very strong (R=0.991). These findings support the use of lower-limb power and trunk-endurance tests as complementary indicators in sprint assessment. Nevertheless, the correlational design, small sample, unbalanced sex composition, and stopwatch timing limit causal inference and generalizability.
