Pengaruh Latihan High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Terhadap Peningkatan VO2Max Atlet Futsal UNDIKMA Tahun 2020

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya daya tahan VO2Max para pemain. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini, ingin mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh latihan high intensity interval training (HIIT) terhadap peningkatan VO2Max atlet futsal UNDIKMA tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan sampel sebanyak 11 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen test lari Multystage Fitnes Test. Analisis data menggunakan Paired Sampel T-Test dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan high intensity interval training (HIIT) t memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan sbesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa latihan high intensity interval training (HIIT) memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan VO2Max atlet futsal UNDIKMA tahun 2020.
Abstract
The problem in this study is that the players' VO2Max endurance is still low. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an effect of high intensity interval training (HIIT) on increasing the VO2Max of UNDIKMA futsal athletes in 2020. The research method used was an experimental method with a sample of 11 people. The data collection technique used the Multistage Fitness Test running test instrument. Data analysis using Paired Sample T-Test with SPSS. The results showed that high intensity interval training (HIIT) t had a significant effect of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The results of this study indicate that high intensity interval training (HIIT) has a significant effect on increasing the VO2Max of UNDIKMA futsal athletes in 2020.
