Pengaruh Latihan Change Speed Dribbling dan Step Over Dribbling terhadap Keterampilan Dribbling Sepak Bola Pemain KAE NTT Mataram

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan dribbling pemain KAE NTT Mataram, terutama dalam mengubah kecepatan, menjaga kontrol bola, dan melewati lawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan change speed dribbling dan step over dribbling terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling sepak bola. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen semu dengan desain Two Group Pretest and Posttest. Sampel penelitian adalah 20 pemain KAE NTT Mataram yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, masing-masing 10 pemain. Kelompok A memperoleh latihan change speed dribbling, sedangkan kelompok B memperoleh latihan step over dribbling selama 6 minggu dengan 18 pertemuan. Data dianalisis menggunakan paired sample t-test dan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kedua latihan berpengaruh signifikan, tetapi change speed dribbling memberikan peningkatan lebih besar. Penelitian menyimpulkan change speed dribbling lebih efektif.
The Effect of Change Speed Dribbling and Step Over Dribbling Training on Football Dribbling Skills of KAE NTT Mataram Players
Abstract
This study was motivated by the low dribbling skills of KAE NTT Mataram players, particularly in changing speed, maintaining ball control, and passing opponents. This study aimed to examine the effect of change speed dribbling and step over dribbling training on improving football dribbling skills. The research used a quasi-experimental method with a Two Group Pretest and Posttest design. The sample consisted of 20 KAE NTT Mataram players divided into two groups of 10 players each. Group A received change speed dribbling training, while Group B received step over dribbling training for 6 weeks with 18 sessions. Data were analyzed using paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. The results showed that both training methods had significant effects, but change speed dribbling produced greater improvement. The study concludes that change speed dribbling is more effective.
