This study aimed to describe the level of students’ knowledge of clean and healthy living behavior toward personal hygiene among Grade IV and V students at SDN 2 Selebung Ketangga. A quantitative descriptive survey design was used. The sample consisted of 42 students selected through total sampling. Data were collected using a 36-item closed-ended knowledge test with dichotomous scoring: correct answer = 1 and incorrect answer = 0. The instrument covered seven indicators: handwashing, nail hygiene, clothing cleanliness, oral hygiene, hair hygiene, waste disposal, and exercise. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution, percentages, mean, and standard deviation. The findings showed that 66.7% of students were in the good category, 31.0% in the sufficient category, and 2.4% in the poor category. Waste disposal and exercise showed the strongest results, while nail, hair, and oral hygiene require further improvement.
