Kedua latihan efektif meningkatkan ketepatan passing futsal.
Effects of Diagonal Passing Square and Passing Triangle Drills on Futsal Passing Accuracy
Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effects of diagonal passing square and passing triangle drills on passing accuracy among Asta Futsal players. A two-group pretest-posttest experimental design was used. The sample consisted of 20 players divided into two balanced groups through ordinal pairing: 10 players performed diagonal passing square drills and 10 players performed passing triangle drills. The instrument was a low passing accuracy test toward a small target goal. Data were analyzed using normality, homogeneity, paired comparison, and between-group comparison tests. The results showed that diagonal passing square improved the mean score from 69.0 to 84.0 (p = 0.001), while passing triangle improved the mean score from 71.0 to 84.0 (p = 0.027). No significant difference was found between groups (p = 0.707). Both drills effectively improved futsal passing accuracy.
