Profil Kebugaran Jasmani Siswa Putra Kelas XI SMK Berdasarkan Tes Kebugaran Pelajar Nusantara

Rendahnya kebugaran jasmani dapat mengganggu kesiapan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran PJOK, praktik kejuruan, dan aktivitas sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa putra kelas XI SMKN 3 Mataram berdasarkan Tes Kebugaran Pelajar Nusantara (TKPN). Penelitian menggunakan survei deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel 22 siswa putra yang dipilih secara proporsional dari 11 kelas. Instrumen penelitian meliputi PACER, squat thrust, sit up, V sit and reach, dan Indeks Massa Tubuh. Data dianalisis menggunakan frekuensi, persentase, rata-rata, dan kategori TKPN. Hasil menunjukkan 86% siswa berada pada kategori kebugaran kurang dan 14% sedang. Komponen PACER dan sit up menunjukkan 100% siswa berada pada kategori kurang sekali, sedangkan V sit and reach menunjukkan 63% baik sekali dan 37% baik. IMT menunjukkan 60% normal, 36% gizi lebih, dan 4% obesitas. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kelemahan utama siswa terdapat pada daya tahan kardiorespirasi dan otot perut.
Physical Fitness Profile of Eleventh-Grade Male Vocational Students Based on the Indonesian Student Fitness Test
Abstract
Low physical fitness may reduce students’ readiness to participate in physical education, vocational practice, and school activities. This study aimed to describe the physical fitness level of eleventh-grade male students at SMKN 3 Mataram using the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKPN). A descriptive quantitative survey design was applied. The sample consisted of 22 male students selected proportionally from 11 classes. The instruments included PACER, squat thrust, sit up, V sit and reach, and Body Mass Index. Data were analyzed using frequencies, percentages, means, and TKPN categories. The results showed that 86% of students were in the poor fitness category and 14% were in the moderate category. PACER and sit up results indicated that 100% of students were in the very poor category, whereas V sit and reach showed 63% in the excellent category and 37% in the good category. BMI results showed 60% normal, 36% overweight, and 4% obese. The study concludes that the main weaknesses were cardiorespiratory endurance and abdominal muscular endurance.
