Inside-foot passing is a fundamental technical skill in futsal because effective team play depends on accurate ball circulation, stable first-touch control, and quick execution in limited playing space. This study was conducted to address the suboptimal passing ability of Persera Ranga-Ranga futsal players, particularly in passing direction, ball control, force regulation, and consistency during basic technical actions. The study aimed to examine the effect of moving and stationary passing drills on players’ inside-foot passing ability. A quantitative quasi-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design was employed. The sample consisted of eight active Persera Ranga-Ranga players selected using total sampling. The intervention was implemented through fourteen training sessions combining stationary passing, paired passing, forward-moving passing, and group-based passing patterns. Data were collected using a 30-second passing and stopping test with a rebound wall positioned 2.5 meters from the kicking line. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, Levene’s homogeneity test, and a paired sample t-test. The findings showed that the mean score increased from 16.125 in the pretest to 21.375 in the posttest, with a mean gain of 5.250 points. The paired sample t-test confirmed a significant improvement, t (7) = 14.346, p < .001. These findings indicate that moving and stationary passing drills are an effective foundational training strategy for improving inside-foot passing ability in amateur futsal players.
