Sosialisasi Sasaran Keselamatan Pasien Pada Perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pelabuhan ratu

Keselamatan pasien (patient safety) merupakan suatu sistem di mana rumahsakit membuat layanan kepada pasien lebih aman. Hingga aktivitas ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pelabuhan Ratu dengan jumlah partisipan 15 orang perawat. Metode sosialisasi yang digunakan yaitu dengan ceramah serta dialog dengan memberikan modul tentang sasaran keselamatan pasien. Tujuan dalan pengabdian pada masyarakat (PKM) ini yaitu untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada Pimpinan di rumah sakit akan dempak yang akan terjadi jika sasaran keselamatan pasien tidak di laksanakan dengan baik. Dari angket didapatkan hasil kalau ada perbedan pengetahuan saat sebelum serta setelah di bagikan sosialisasi sasaran keselamatan pasien dengan nilai P- Value: 0, 001. Disarkan pengabdian pada masyarakat (PKM) semacam ini bisa dicoba secara teratur baik di posisi yang sama ataupun berbeda, dengan topic lain yang bisa menunjang terjadinya mutu pelayanan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit lebih baik lagi.
Socialization Of Patient Safety Targets To Nurses In Pelabuhan Ratu Hospital
Patient safety is a system in which hospitals make services to patients safer. Until this activity was carried out at the Pelabuhan Ratu Regional General Hospital with a total of 15 nurses. The socialization method used is by lectures and dialogues by providing modules on patient safety goals. The purpose of this community service (PKM) is to provide an understanding to the leadership at the hospital about the impact that will occur if patient safety goals are not carried out properly. From the questionnaire, it was found that there were differences in knowledge before and after the socialization of patient safety goals with a P-Value: 0.001. It is recommended that this kind of community service (PKM) can be tried regularly either in the same or different positions, with Another topic that can support the quality of nursing services in hospitals is even better
