Strategi Pelestarian Museum Blambangan Pada Era Industri 4.0 Dalam Meningkatkan Kunjungan Wisatawan Di Banyuwangi

Museum Blambangan adalah tempat berharga yang menyimpan warisan kerajaan Blambangan dan kerajaan lainnya di Nusantara. Pemerintah perlu memperhatikan masa depan museum ini sebagai platform ilmu pengetahuan, bukan hanya sebagai gudang artefak sejarah. Untuk mengubah persepsi bahwa museum hanya untuk menyimpan barang tua, pemerintah harus memperluas peran museum dan mendorong kunjungan pelajar dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Banyuwangi dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan, termasuk domestik dan mancanegara, di Era Industri 4.0. Kami menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan masyarakat dengan melibatkan mitra sebagai obyek dan subyek dalam program pengabdian masyarakat. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa promosi melalui media sosial, situs web, brosur, pamflet, dan media cetak lainnya akan meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam mempromosikan museum. Selain itu, menjalin kemitraan dengan pemerintah daerah, sekolah, dan organisasi masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di Banyuwangi, baik lokal maupun internasional.
The Strategy for Preserving the Blambangan Museum in the Industrial Age 4.0 in Increasing Tourist Visits in Banyuwangi
The Blambangan Museum is a valuable place that stores the heritage of the Blambangan kingdom and other kingdoms in the archipelago. The government needs to pay attention to the future of this museum as a science platform, not just as a warehouse for historical artifacts. To change the perception that museums are only for storing old items, the government must expand the role of museums and encourage visits by students and the public. This research aims to evaluate the strategy of the Banyuwangi Culture and Tourism Office in increasing tourist visits, including domestic and foreign, in the Industrial Era 4.0. We use a community development approach by involving partners as objects and subjects in community service programs. The results show that promotion through social media, websites, brochures, pamphlets and other print media will increase public involvement in promoting the museum. Apart from that, establishing partnerships with local governments, schools and community organizations can increase tourist visits to Banyuwangi, both local and international..
