Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Bidang Infrastruktur Desa Situ Ilir Cibungbulang Kabupaten Bogor

Desa Situ Ilir di Kecamatan Cibungbulang, Kabupaten Bogor menghadapi tantangan dalam pengembangan infrastruktur desa akibat keterbatasan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM). Program Samisade yang bertujuan mempercepat pembangunan desa terkendala oleh kurangnya kemampuan perangkat desa dalam perencanaan dan pengelolaan anggaran, serta ketergantungan pada jasa penyedia luar yang menambah biaya dan mengurangi kesempatan belajar bagi perangkat desa. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi SDM di Desa Situ Ilir melalui pelatihan perencanaan dan perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) menggunakan software AutoCAD. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di Aula Kantor Desa Situ Ilir dengan peserta 12 orang yang terdiri dari karang taruna dan perangkat desa. Metode pelatihan mencakup ceramah, demonstrasi, dan latihan yang memadukan gambar, animasi, dan slide show untuk menyampaikan materi secara efektif. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan AutoCAD serta kemampuan menyusun RAB yang akurat. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi SDM desa dalam pengelolaan anggaran, mengurangi ketergantungan pada jasa luar, dan memberdayakan masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pembangunan infrastruktur desa. Rekomendasi untuk kegiatan ini adalah melanjutkan pelatihan secara berkelanjutan untuk memastikan peserta dapat menguasai materi dengan baik dan mendukung pembangunan desa yang efisien dan transparan.
Human Resource Development in the Infrastructure Sector of Situ Ilir Village, Cibungbulang, Bogor Regency
Situ Ilir Village in Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency, faces challenges in developing village infrastructure due to limited human resource (HR) skills. The Samisade program, aimed at accelerating village development, is hindered by the village officials' lack of competence in budget planning and management, as well as reliance on external service providers, which increases costs and reduces learning opportunities for village officials. This activity aims to improve the HR competence in Situ Ilir Village through training in planning and calculating Budget Plans (RAB) using AutoCAD software. The training was conducted at the Situ Ilir Village Hall with 12 participants consisting of youth organizations and village officials. The training method included lectures, demonstrations, and exercises that combined images, animations, and slide shows to deliver the material effectively. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding and skills in using AutoCAD and the ability to prepare accurate RABs. In conclusion, this training successfully enhanced the HR competence of the village in budget management, reduced reliance on external services, and empowered the community to actively participate in sustainable village infrastructure development. The recommendation is to continue the training program on an ongoing basis to ensure participants fully master the material and support efficient and transparent village development.
