Pengembangan Kemampuan Soft Skill Dan Kepemimpinan dalam Mengefektifkan Pengelolaan UMKM Binaan Islamic Relief

Islamic Relief, sebuah organisasi kemanusian dan pembangunan independent berbasis BIrmigham, Inggris, didirikan pada tahun 1984 sebagai amal kecil. Islamic relief berkomitmen untuk memberikan bantuan kemanusian dan proyek-proyek pembangunan kepada individu, keluarga dan komunikasi dilebih dari dari 45 negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendidikan masyarakat dan metode pelatihan. Untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami bagaimana pengembangan kemampuan soft skill dan kepemimpinan dalam mengektifkan pengelolaan usaha pada UMKM yang mendapatkan bantuan dana sebenar Rp 4.000.000 / perorang dari Islamic Relief. Pelatihn yang dilakukan oleh Islamic Relief yaitu pelatihan literasi keuangan di sampaikan kepada 60 orang pelaku usaha budidaya ikan lele di Tanamodindi. Organisasi terkait menunjukan tingkat pemahaman dan penerapan soft skill yang tinggi oleh para peserta. Peserta meningkatkan keterampilan interpersonal, manajemen waktu, pengambilan keputusan, dan keterampilan kepemimpinan. Peningkatan kemampuan soft skill dan kepemimpinan sangat penting untuk mengelola usaha dengan lebih baik. Untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja tim, kemampuan soft skill seperti komunikasi, kerjasama, pemecahan masalah, dan manajemen waktu sangat penting.
Development of Soft Skills and Leadership in Effectivizing UMKM Management Assisted by Islamic Relief
Islamic Relief, an independent humanitarian and development organization based in Brmigham, UK, was founded in 1984 as a small charity. Islamic Relief is committed to providing humanitarian aid and development projects to individuals, families and communities in more than 45 countries. This research uses community education methods and training methods. To explore and understand how the development of soft skills and leadership abilities in streamlining business management in MSMEs that get real financial assistance of IDR 4,000,000 / per person from Islamic Relief. The training conducted by Islamic Relief, namely financial literacy training, was delivered to 60 catfish farming business actors in Tanamodindi. The relevant organizations showed a high level of understanding and application of soft skills by the participants. Participants improved their interpersonal skills, time management, decision-making and leadership skills. Improved soft skills and leadership skills are essential to better manage the business. To improve productivity and team performance, soft skills such as communication, cooperation, problem solving, and time management are essential.
