Pendampingan Guru IPA SMP dalam Membuat LKPD dengan Pendekatan Cultural Responsive Teaching Untuk Mewujudkan Pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka

Kurikulum Merdeka adalah kurikulum yang memberikan kebebasan kepada guru dan sekolah untuk menyesuaikan materi pembelajaran dengan konteks lokal, budaya, dan kebutuhan peserta didik. Kurikulum ini mengharuskan guru IPA SMP untuk mengembangkan LKPD, salah satunya LKPD pendekatan Cultural Responsive Teaching (CRT), yaitu aktivitas pembelajaran dengan pendekatan yang menghargai dan memanfaatkan keberagaman budaya peserta didik sebagai sumber belajar. Program ini bertujuan membekali guru dengan keterampilan dan pengetahuan dalam membuat LKPD berbasis CRT, meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPA di SMP, dan mendukung pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka secara inklusif dan adaptif. Pelaksanaan program melibatkan workshop, pendampingan teknis, evaluasi dan refleksi. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru, terbentuknya LKPD inovatif yang relevan dengan budaya lokal, dan dukungan terhadap implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Namun, tantangan seperti variasi budaya, keterbatasan waktu, dan sumber daya yang terbatas harus dihadapi. Rekomendasi meliputi penguatan pelatihan, mendorong kolaborasi antar guru, dan meningkatkan akses terhadap sumber daya. Kesimpulannya, pendampingan ini penting untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan kualitas pembelajaran IPA, meskipun upaya berkelanjutan diperlukan untuk efektivitas jangka panjang.
