Penyuluhan Tentang Pemanfaatan Gawai Bagi Masyarakat Dusun Bogem Kebonagung Sukodono Sidoarjo

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital masyarakat Dusun Bogem, Sidoarjo, khususnya dalam pemanfaatan gawai secara bijak untuk mendukung pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung, dengan partisipasi 25 warga setempat. Program ini mencakup tiga tahap: koordinasi, pelaksanaan penyuluhan, dan evaluasi. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup dasar penggunaan gawai, eksplorasi aplikasi produktif, serta etika dan keamanan digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap manfaat penggunaan gawai secara produktif dan risiko yang harus dihindari, seperti cyberbullying dan kecanduan. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 100% peserta memahami materi yang disampaikan dan memberikan masukan konstruktif untuk perbaikan program selanjutnya. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kualitas literasi digital masyarakat, dengan rekomendasi untuk melanjutkan program serupa yang lebih adaptif dan interaktif guna menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas serta mendukung keberlanjutan dampak positifnya.
Counseling on the Use of Gadgets for the Community of Bogem Hamletm Kebonagung Sukodono Sidoarjo
This community service program aimed to improve digital literacy among the residents of Bogem Hamlet, Sidoarjo, focusing on the wise use of gadgets to support education, work, and daily life. The methods included lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on practice, involving 25 local participants. The program was implemented in three stages: coordination, delivery of counseling sessions, and evaluation. The materials covered basic gadget use, exploration of productive applications, as well as digital ethics and security. The results indicated an increased understanding among participants regarding the benefits of productive gadget use and awareness of risks such as cyberbullying and addiction. Evaluation showed that 100% of participants comprehended the materials and provided constructive feedback for program improvement. In conclusion, this program successfully enhanced the community’s digital literacy, with recommendations to continue similar initiatives that are more adaptive and interactive, aiming to reach a broader audience and sustain the positive impacts achieved.
