Entrepreneurial development among students is a key factor in preparing graduates who are not only ready to enter the workforce but also capable of creating job opportunities. However, many students with business ideas struggle to create structured and actionable business plans. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a strategic tool that helps organize business ideas into a comprehensive model. This community service activity aimed to enhance the ability of students at Politeknik Caltex Riau to develop structured business plans using the BMC methodology, while also fostering a stronger entrepreneurial mindset. The program was conducted through an interactive workshop using a participatory learning approach, involving 25 students from various departments. The activities included preparation, BMC material delivery, hands-on practice, presentations, and evaluation. Results showed that 65% of participants were highly interested in applying BMC in future business development, indicating a significant improvement in their understanding. This initiative is expected to foster a student entrepreneur community at PCR and serve as a model for entrepreneurship development on campus.
