Increasing the Competitiveness and Resilience of Sulam Pita Msme’s in Tlogosari Village Through Digital Marketing and Financial Governance
The Sulam Pita MSME Group in Tlogosari Village, Semarang City, faces challenges in product marketing and finance. This community service program is designed to provide intensive training and mentoring to partners, both in preparing financial reports and digital marketing strategies. The main objective of this program is to improve the managerial capabilities of partner MSMEs, particularly in accounting and digital marketing, and to encourage the creation of resilient, professional businesses that are able to adapt to technological developments. The program implementation method consists of several stages, namely problem identification through focus group discussions (FGDs), training in the form of workshops, and evaluation of activity results through pre- and post-tests. During the two-month implementation, partners received material and direct practice on basic accounting principles, preparing simple Excel-based financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM, as well as digital marketing training that included creating promotional content, activating social media (Instagram and TikTok), and optimizing marketplace platforms (Shopee and Tokopedia). The results of this program have a significant positive impact. Partners successfully prepared financial reports independently and more systematically and began managing social media and marketplace accounts to expand their marketing reach. This activity also helps increase product visibility and supports online sales growth.
