Lesson Study for Learning Community (LSLC) merupakan pembinaan guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran secara kolaboratif, dengan tahapan plan, do dan see. Tahap see digunakan untuk meredesain dari temuan saat do. Fokus pendampingan LSLC adalah bagimana aktivitas siswa belajar di kelas dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini terkait dengan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) yang dibuat oleh guru. Pendampingan LSLC di Sekolah Menengah Atas Muhammadiyah 1 (SMAM 1) Kepanjen bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran berkualitas dan menyenangkan dengan memperhatikan kemerdekaan belajar bagi peserta didik dalam merancang RPP 1 lembar. Langkah kegiatan yang dilakukan ialah 1). mengadakan workshop konsep pada LSLC, 2). pendampingan penyusunan perencanaan perangkat pembelajaran 1 lembar, 3). implementasi RPP 1 lembar berbasis LSLC dengan pembelajaran di kelas dan penerapan refleksi pembelajaran Biologi dengan RPP 1 lembar dan desiminasi. Temuan, tahap plan :guru model bersama kolega menyusun RPP 1 lembar. Tahap do, buka kelas guru model dibantu observer, peserta didik berkolaborasi dengan teman saat diskusi. Tahap refleksi guru model berdiskusi dengan kolega untuk mengungkap temuan dari peserta didik. Dengan demikian dari tahap plan, do, dan see terbentuk komunitas belajar antara guru dengan guru, dan antar peserta didik
Assistance for Lesson Study For Learning Community as an Embodiment of Independent Learning at SMA Muhammadiyah Kepanjen, Malang Regency
Lesson Study for Learning Community (LSLC) is teacher development to improve the quality of learning collaboratively, with the stages of the plan, do and see. In the see stage, it is used to redesign the findings from the do. The focus of LSLC assistance is how students learn in class and student learning outcomes, this is related to the lesson plans (RPP) made by the teacher. The LSLC mentoring at Muhammadiyah 1 Senior High School (SMAM 1) Kepanjen aims to improve quality and fun learning by paying attention to learning independence for students by designing 1 sheet of lesson plans. The steps of the activities carried out were holding a concept workshop on the LSLC, Assistance in the preparation of 1 sheet learning device planning, implementation of the LSLC-based 1 sheet lesson plan with classroom learning, and the application of Biology learning reflection with 1 sheet lesson plan and dissemination. Findings, plan stage: the model teacher together with colleagues compiles 1 sheet of lesson plans. In the do stage, open a model teacher class assisted by an observer, students collaborate with friends during discussions. In the reflection stage of the model, the teacher discusses with colleagues to reveal the findings of the students. Thus, from the plan, do, and see stages, a learning community is formed between teachers and teachers, and between students
