Pelatihan Pembelajaran Daring yang Interaktif dan Menyenangkan di Perguruan Islam Miftahul Husna

Pandemi Covid 19 mengharuskan lembaga-lembaga pendidikan dari Sekolah Dasar sampai Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia merubah pola mengajar dari luring ke daring. Proses pembelajaran daring juga digunakan di sekolah-sekolah kota Medan, proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan daring dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi WhatsApp dan Google Classroom. Pembelajaran dengan mengunakan sistem ini dirasakan tidak efektif sehingga berdampak pada tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pelajaran kurang. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan melatih guru-guru terkait model pembelajaran daring yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Mitra PKM adalah Perguruan Islam Miftahul Husna dengan jumlah 21 orang tenaga guru. Metode pelaksanaan dengan Transfer of Knowledge and Technology dengan tahapan kegitan; 1) persiapan; 2) Pelaksanaan; dan (3) Evaluasi. Secara umum PKM dapat berjalan sesuai dengan schedule of activities dan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring yang menarik dan interaktif. Kegian PKM ini sangat menarik dan dapat membantu guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran daring yang menarik dan menyenangkan sehinga kedepannya perlu dilakukan dengan melibatkan guru-guru dari sekolah lain.
Fun and Interactive Online Teaching Training at Miftahul Husna Islamic Academy
The Covid 19 pandemic requires educational institutions from elementary schools to universities in Indonesia to change teaching patterns from offline to online. The online learning process is also used in schools in the city of Medan, the learning process is carried out online using the WhatsApp and Google Classroom applications. Learning by using this system is felt to be ineffective so it has an impact on the level of student understanding of the subject matter is lacking. This Community Cooperation Service (PKM) is carried out with the aim of training teachers for interactive and fun online learning models. PKM partners are Miftahul Husna Islamic College with 21 teachers. The implementation method is the Transfer of Knowledge and Technology with the activity stages; 1) preparation; 2) Implementation; and (3) Evaluation. In general, PKM can run according to the schedule of activities and there is an increase in knowledge and skills about planning and implementing interesting and interactive online learning. This PKM activity is very interesting and can help teachers implement interesting and fun online learning so that in the future it needs to be done by involving teachers from other schools.
