Pelatihan Penyusunan Perangkat Pembelajaran dan Optimalisasi Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran e-Learning Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di MAN KOTIM

Teknologi mempunyai peranan yang penting untuk mendukung proses belajar-mengajar secara daring terutama di masa pandemi Covid-19. Namun, beberapa tenaga pengajar di MAN KOTIM belum terbiasa dalam pembelajaran dari rumah dan dituntut untuk membuat media pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi yang mana digunakan selama pembelajaran daring. Sehingga, perlu dilakukan adanya pelatihan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran maupun optimalisasi media pembelajaran agar proses belajar-mengajar berjalan dengan optimal. Adapun pelatihan ini menggunakan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran berupa RPP otomatis dan penggunaan powerpoint yang dapat digunakan sebagai evaluasi pembelajaran sekaligus diberi pelatihan mengenai evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis HOTS. Selain itu, pelatihan juga terkait tentang aplikasi pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi seperti e-modul, e-book, e-magazine, video interaktif dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi Flip Pdf Professional, Adobe InDesign, Android Magazine Maker, eXe Learning yang mudah dipelajari dan tidak membutuhkan bahasa pemrograman terlalu rumit. Hasil dari pelatihan mendapatkan respon positif dari berbagai pihak mitra sekolah dan diharapkan dapat dilakukan pelatihan lanjutan dan monitoring.
Training on the Preparation of Learning Devices and Optimizing the Utilization of e-Learning Learning Media During the Covid-19 Pandemic at MAN KOTIM
Technology has an important role to support the teaching and learning process, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, some teachers at MAN KOTIM are not yet accustomed to learning from home and are required to create technology-based learning media that are used during online learning. So, it is necessary to do training in the preparation of learning devices and optimization of learning media so that the teaching-learning process runs optimally. This training uses the preparation of learning devices in the form of automatic RPP and the use of powerpoints that can be used as learning evaluations as well as being given training on HOTS-based learning evaluation. In addition, training is also related to information technology-based learning media creation applications such as e-modules, e-books, e-magazines, interactive videos using the help of Flip Pdf Professional application, Adobe InDesign, Android Magazine Maker, eXe Learning which is easy to learn and does not require too complicated programming languages. The results of the training received a positive response from various school partners and it is expected that further training and monitoring can be carried out.
