Kesehatan mental merupakan aspek penting dalam lingkungan kerja sehingga diperlukan upaya edukasi yang dapat membantu karyawan memperoleh informasi dan meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap kondisi psikologisnya. Salah satu media yang dapat digunakan adalah poster karena informasi dapat disampaikan secara ringkas, visual, dan mudah diakses.Kegiatan ini bertujuan menyediakan media edukasi psikologi yang mudah diakses oleh karyawan melalui Psychology Corner serta memberikan informasi mengenai kesehatan mental yang relevan dengan kehidupan kerja. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tahapan observasi, perancangan media, pembuatan dan pemasangan Psychology Corner, serta evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap lima orang karyawan yang telah melihat atau membaca poster. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan pola tanggapan yang muncul dari informan. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan respons positif terhadap Psychology Corner. Karyawan menilai poster memiliki tampilan yang menarik, informasi mudah dipahami, dan relevan dengan kehidupan kerja. Informasi mengenai burnout dinilai membantu karyawan mengenali kondisi diri serta menjadi pengingat untuk memperhatikan kesehatan mental dan tidak memaksakan diri dalam bekerja. Masukan yang diberikan berkaitan dengan penempatan poster pada lokasi yang lebih mudah terlihat. Psychology Corner dapat menjadi media edukasi psikologi yang praktis dan mudah diakses oleh karyawan dalam lingkungan kerja.
The Ethics of Social Media in Middle and High School Student Environments in the City of Bandung as an Effort to Understand Digital LiteracyMental health is an important aspect of the workplace; therefore, educational efforts are needed to help employees access information and increase awareness of their psychological well-being. Posters can be used as an educational medium because information can be presented in a concise, visual, and accessible format. This activity aimed to provide accessible psychological education through a Psychology Corner and deliver mental health information relevant to employees' working lives. The activity consisted of several stages, including observation, media design, development and installation of the Psychology Corner, and evaluation. The evaluation was conducted through semi-structured interviews with five employees who had viewed or read the posters. The interview data were analyzed descriptively based on emerging response patterns. The interview results indicated positive responses toward the Psychology Corner. Employees perceived the posters as visually appealing, easy to understand, and relevant to their work environment. Information about burnout was considered helpful in recognizing personal conditions and served as a reminder to pay attention to mental health and avoid overexertion at work. Suggestions mainly concerned placing the posters in more visible areas. The Psychology Corner can serve as a practical and accessible medium for psychological education in the workplace.
