Pelatihan Peningkatan Keterampilan Pembuatan Video Pembelajaran Berbasis Microlearning menggunakan Aplikasi Bandicam dan Filmora

Penggunaan media pembelajaran digital yang dikemas secara menarik merupakan salah satu cara yang efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik sehingga terjadi proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Namun, berdasarkan hasil diskusi yang telah dilakukan bersama kepala sekolah SMA 9 Makassar dan hasil analisis situasi dan kondisi di sekolah, dapat diketahui bahwa mayoritas guru di SMA 9 Makassar belum mampu memanfaatkan sarana (jaringan internet bebas akses) yang tersedia di sekolah untuk mengembangkan sendiri media dan sumber belajar. Akhirnya hal tersebut menyebabkan; (1) Terbatasnya variasi media dan sumber belajar yang digunakan guru di sekolah, (2) Sumber belajar yang masih konvensional, (3) Guru belum mahir memanfaatkan teknologi dalam menyiapkan sumber belajar, (4) Minimnya referensi mengenai pembuatan e-modul berbasis microlearning. Oleh karena itu Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan pelatihan peningkatan keterampilan pembuatan video pembelajaran berbasis microlearning menggunakan aplikasi Bandicam dan Filmora bagi guru SMA Negeri 9 Makassar. Kegiatan yang melibatkan 20 orang guru sebagai peserta kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahap utama yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap pelaksanaan pelatihan dibagi kedalam 3 materi utama yaitu pengantar pembuatan video pembelajaran, pengenalan aplikasi Bandicam dan Filmora, dan pembuatan video pembelajaran berbasis microlearning. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran berbasis microlearning, dimana kompetensi guru memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 95 dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran berbasis microlearning.
Microlearning-Based Learning Video Making Skills Improvement Training using Bandicam and Filmora Applications
This Using digital learning media that is packaged attractively is an effective way to increase student interest in learning so that a quality learning process occurs. However, based on the results of discussions that have been carried out with the principal of SMA 9 Makassar and the results of the analysis of the situation and conditions, it can be seen that the majority of teachers at SMA 9 Makassar have not been able to take advantage of the facilities (free internet access) available at schools to develop their media and learning resources. Finally, it causes; (1) a limited variety of media and learning resources used by teachers in schools, (2) Conventional learning resources, (3) Teachers not yet proficient at using technology in preparing learning resources, (4) a Lack of references regarding the manufacture of microlearning-based e-modules. Therefore, this Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to train to improve skills in making microlearning-based learning videos using the Bandicam and Filmora applications for SMA Negeri 9 Makassar teachers. The activity, which involved 20 teachers as participants, was carried out in 3 main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The training implementation stage is divided into three primary materials: an introduction to making learning videos, an introduction to Bandicam and Filmora applications, and microlearning-based learning videos.The evaluation of the activities showed that the training contributed to the improvement of teacher competence in making microlearning-based learning videos, where the teacher's competence obtained an average of 95 in making microlearning-based learning videos.
