Core Stability dan Dynamic Balance sebagai Indikator Risiko Cedera Ekstremitas Bawah pada Pemain Futsal Kota Jayapura

Abstract

Risiko cedera ekstremitas bawah pada futsal berkaitan dengan akselerasi, perubahan arah, dan pendaratan berulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan core stability dan dynamic balance dengan mekanika pendaratan berisiko serta instabilitas fungsional pergelangan kaki pada pemain futsal. Desain korelasional cross-sectional digunakan pada 43 pemain aktif dari dua klub di Kota Jayapura. Core stability diukur dengan side plank test, dynamic balance dengan Y Balance Test (YBT), mekanika pendaratan dengan Landing Error Scoring System (LESS), dan instabilitas pergelangan kaki dengan Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT). Data dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Pearson dan Spearman, regresi linear, serta uji perbedaan antarkelompok. Side plank test dan YBT berkorelasi negatif dengan LESS (r=−0,875 dan r=−0,985; p<0,001) serta berkorelasi positif dengan CAIT (r=0,529 dan r=0,433; p<0,01). Pemain dengan LESS≥5 memiliki core stability, dynamic balance, dan skor CAIT yang lebih rendah dibandingkan pemain dengan LESS<5. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa core stability dan dynamic balance berasosiasi dengan indikator mekanika pendaratan dan instabilitas pergelangan kaki. Temuan ini bersifat asosiatif, tidak membuktikan sebab-akibat atau kemampuan memprediksi cedera aktual, dan memerlukan verifikasi data lebih lanjut.
