Hubungan Pola Makan Ibu Hamil dengan Kejadian Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) di Puskesmas Dasan Lekong

Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) merupakan masalah kesehatan di dunia, khususnya negara berkembang. Berdasarkan Pola Makan Ibu Hamil dengan kondisi KEK, tercatat bahwa rata-rata jenis makanan sehari-hari ibu hamil mengkonsumsi makanan yang beragam. Jumlah makan sehari-hari bahwa rata-rata ibu hamil mengkonsumsi makanan setengah porsi sekali makan karena kurangnya nafsu makan, kemudian menurut frekwensi makan rata-rata ibu hamil memiliki frekwensi makan 3 kali perhari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan ibu hamil dengan kejadian kekurangan energi kronik (KEK) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Dasan Lekong Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasinya adalah semua ibu hamil yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Dasan Lekong sebanyak 457 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak 82 orang ibu hamil Teknik pengambilan sampelnya sistematik random sampling sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 82 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui Food Recall. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar ibu hamil memiliki pola makan yang baik sebanyak 46 orang (56,1%), tidak KEK sebanyak 54 orang (65,9%) dan ada hubungan pola makan ibu hamil dengan kejadian kekurangan energi kronik (KEK) di Wilayah Keija Puskesmas Dasan Lekong Tahun 2021 (P Value = 0,000 < 0,05).Disarankan kepada Kepala Puskesmas Dasan Lekong untuk menugaskan petugas gizinya supaya melakukan penyuluhan secara intensif kepada ibu hamil yang mengalami KEK agar dapat memperbaiki pola makannya dengan cara meningkatkan frekwensi, jumlah, dan mutu makan ibu hamil dalam rangka mewujudkan ibu hamil tidak mengalami KEK.
The Relationship Between Eating Patterns of Pregnant Women with the Incidence of Chronic Energy Decrease in Dasan Lekong Health Center
Abstract
Chronic Energy Deficiency is health problem in the world, especially in developing counties. Based on dietary habit of pregnant mothers with Chronic Energy Deficiency condition, it was recorded that the average type of daily food for pregnant mothers consumed a variety of foods but there are some foods that should not be eaten such as sea fish, squid, and scrimp. Meanwhile, according to the number of daily meal that the average pregnant mother consumes a half of portion of food at one time due to lack of appetite, then according to the frequency of eating the average pregnant mother has a frequency of eating three times per day. This study aimed to know the relationship between dietary habit of pregnant mother and Chronis Energy Deficiency at the working area of Dasan Lekong Public Health Center in 2021. Method of the study was observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The population was all of the pregnant mothers at the working area of Dasan Lekong Public Health Center for three months from October to December 2021 as many as 457 pregnant mothers. There were 82 pregnant mothers taken as samples by systematic random sampling technique. Data were collected through food recall. Statistics analysis used in this study was Chi Square test. Result of the study showed that most of the pregnant mothers have a good dietary habit as many as 46 pregnant mothers (56.1%), non-Chronic Energy Deficiency as many as 54 pregnant mothers (65.9%), and there was a relationship between dietary habit of pregnant mother and Chronis Energy Deficiency at the working area of Dasan Lekong Public Health Center in 2021 (P value=0.000<0.05).It is suggested to the Head of Dasan Lekong Public Health Center to assign nutrition officers to carry out intensive counseling to pregnant mothers who got Chronis Energy Deficiency in order to improve their dietary habit by increasing the frequency, amount, and quality of eating for pregnant mothers in order to realize pregnant mothers do not get Chronis Energy Deficiency.
