Lombok Utara merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Perkembangannya, mengalami banyak sekali kemajuan baik dalam segi perekonomian, pendidikan dan pariwisata serta meningkatnya jumlah kendaraan termasuk Simpang Empat Tidak Bersinyal Pemenang Barat dimana simpang tersebut memiliki aktifitas lalu lintas yang padat karena pada jalan tersebut terdapat pertokoan, pusat perbelanjaan serta aktivitas pasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui volume lalu lintas Simpang Empat Tidak Bersinyal Pemenang Barat pada kondisi existing (kondisi yang ada) dan Untuk mengetahui kinerja Simpang Empat Tidak Bersinyal Pemenang Barat. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data hasil survei lapangan juga diperoleh jumlah arus masuk total kendaraan dari masing-masing lajur ke simpang diantaranya adalah arus masuk dari jalan minor (QMI) sebesar 986,1 smp/jam, arus masuk jalan utama (QMA) yaitu 897,3 smp/jam, jadi total volume lalu lintas simpang (QTOT) yang didapatkan adalah sebesar 1883,4 smp/jam. Berdasarkan hasil analisa bahwa kondisi eksisting (yang ada) Simpang Empat Tidak Bersinyal Pemenang Barat pada Minggu Pertama hari Senin 14 November 2022 didapatkan nilai perhitungan kapasitas simpang (C) yaitu sebesar 3370,670 smp/jam ini berarti kapasitas simpang sudah melebihi kapasitas dasarnya yaitu sebesar 2900 smp/jam, nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0,559 kurang dari 0,75 (DS < 0,75), nilai tundaan simpang (D) sebesar 10,199 detik/smp kurang dari 15 detik/smp dan nilai peluang antrian (QP %) yang terjadi antara 13% - 44% < 100%. Maka bisa disimpulkan bahwa Simpang Empat Tidak Bersinyal Pemenang Barat kinerjanya masih dalam keadaan baik dan stabil sesuai dengan persyaratan yang diinginkan sebagaimana dalam MKJI 1997.
Performance Evaluation of Four Side does not signal Western Winner
Abstract
North Lombok is one of the districts in West Nusa Tenggara Province. In its development, North Lombok has experienced a lot of progress both in terms of the economy, education and tourism as well as an increase in the number of vehicles including the West Winner Unsignalized Simpang Empat where the intersection has heavy traffic activity because on that road there are shops, shopping centers and market activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the traffic volume of the West Winners Unsignalized Intersection in existing conditions and to determine the performance of the West Winners Unsignalized Intersection. Based on the calculation results of the field survey data, it was also obtained that the total inflow of vehicles from each lane to the intersection included the inflow from the minor road (QMI) of 986.1 pcu/hour, the inflow of the main road (QMA) of 897.3 pcu/hour, so the total intersection traffic volume (QTOT) obtained is 1883.4 pcu/hour. Based on the results of the analysis that the existing (existing) condition of the West Winners' West Signalless Intersection on the First Sunday of Monday 14 November 2022 obtained the calculation value of the intersection capacity (C) which is 3370.670 pcu/hour this means that the intersection capacity has exceeded its basic capacity which is equal to 2900 pcu/hour, degree of saturation (DS) value is 0.559 less than 0.75 (DS <0.75), intersection delay value (D) is 10.199 sec/pcu less than 15 sec/pcu and queue opportunity value (QP % ) which occurs between 13% - 44% < 100%. So it can be concluded that the performance of the West Winner Unsignalized Simpang Empat is still in good and stable condition according to the desired requirements as in MKJI 1997.
