Behavioral Intention, USE Behaviour, SIMRS.Abstract
The Influence of UTAUT on Behavioral Intention Mediation by Use Behavior SIMRS RSUD Kota Mataram
Abstract
The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) at the Mataram City Hospital is still not working properly because there are several obstacles. The constraints experienced were the lack of human resources, the unclear management structure of SIMRS, the absence of clear and correct instructions or guidelines regarding the use of SIMRS, there were many officers who no longer used SIMRS as data processing and the basis for decision making, and supporting devices. both in terms of hardware, software, and network) which are not sufficient and inadequate. This study aims to determine the influence of UTAUT on behavioral intention which is mediated by use behavior SIMRS RSUD Kota Mataram. This research uses associative research method. The sample in this study amounted to 50. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the SMARTPls method. Based on the results of the study, it is stated that performance expectancy has a positive and insignificant effect on behavioral intention. Effort expectancy has a positive and insignificant effect on behavioral intention. Social Influence has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention. Facilitating Conditions has a positive and insignificant effect on behavioral intention. Hedonic Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on behavioral intention. Price Value has a positive and insignificant effect on behavioral intention. Habit has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention. Use behavior is a partial mediation for the habit variable on the behavioral intention of SIMRS RSUD Kota Mataram. Use behavior becomes a full mediation for the facilitating conditions variable on the behavioral intention of SIMRS RSUD Kota Mataram because the Specific Indirect Effect Bootstrapping shows significant results and the Path Coefficient Bootstrapping also shows insignificant results.
