Analisis Efektivitas Penggunaan Marine Fuel Oil (MFO) Terhadap Parameter Siklus Kerja Performa Mesin Diesel

Efektivitas biaya penggunaan bahan bakar pada pembangkit merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk mengoptimalkan pemakaian sumber daya dan mengurangi dampak lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini akan melakukan analisis nilai penggunaan bahan bakar MFO pada pembangkit listrik tenaga diesel di PT. Sumber Rejeki Power, Sumbawa Besar. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengujian di lapangan dan pengambilan data dari studi kasus pada mesin diesel yang beroperasi dengan MFO. Data kinerja mesin diesel dengan MFO kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik dan perbandingan dengan standar yang berlaku di PT Sumber Rejeki Power. Hasil pelrhitulngan total Nilai MFO dalam 1 hari adalah 137.875 Liter, dengan biaya sebesar Rp 1.126.714.500,00. Rata-rata pemakaian bahan bakar di tunjukan pada pukul 09:00 hingga 00:00 dengan nilai MFO 5.750 Liter dan biaya sebesar Rp 46.989.000,00. Untuk pemakaian tertinggi MFO ditunjukan pada pukul 05:00 dengan nilai MFO 5.825 Liter dan biaya sebesar Rp 47.601.900,00. Dan untuk pemakaian terendah MFO ditunjukan pada pukul 01:00 dengan nilai MFO 5.650 Liter dan biaya sebesar Rp 46.171.800,00. Dari hasil analisa diatas dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan bahan bakar MFO untuk SFC tidak lebih dari 0,25 (sesuai ketentuan perusahaan) jadi dapat dikategorikan bahwa performa mesin pembangkit di PT Sumber Rejeki Power masih efektif dalam produksi kWh.
Analysis of the Effectiveness of Using Marine Fuel Oil (MFO) on Diesel Engine Performance Work Cycle Parameters
Abstract
Cost effectiveness of fuel in power plants is very important to optimize resource use and reduce environmental impact. The purpose of this study will be to analyze the value of using MFO fuel in diesel power plants in PT. Sumber Rejeki Power, Sumbawa Besar. The data collection method is carried out through field testing and data collection from case studies on diesel engines operating with MFO. Diesel engine performance data with MFO were then analyzed using statistical methods and comparison with the standards that apply at PT Sumber Rejeki Power. The result of calculating the total MFO value in 1 day is 137,875 Liters, with a cost of IDR 1,126,714,500.00. The average fuel consumption is shown from 09:00 to 00:00 with an MFO value of 5,750 Liters and a cost of IDR 46,989,000.00. The highest usage of MFO is shown at 05:00 with an MFO value of 5,825 Liters and a fee of IDR 47,601,900.00. And for the lowest usage MFO is shown at 01:00 with an MFO value of 5,650 Liters and a cost of IDR 46,171,800.00. From the results of the above analysi it can be concluded that the use of MFO fuel for SFC is not more than 0.25 (according to company regulations) so it can be categorized that the performance of the generator engine at PT Sumber Rejeki Power is still effective in kWh production.
