Efektivitas Penggunaan Linktree dalam Mendukung Informasi Pengusulan Tugas Belajar bagi Aparatur Sipil Negeri di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan Linktree dalam mendukung penyediaan informasi pengusulan tugas belajar bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran dengan mengintegrasikan analisis kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dan analisis kualitatif melalui wawancara serta observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Linktree meningkatkan efisiensi akses informasi hingga 75%, dengan pengaruh sebesar 74,5% terhadap efektivitas layanan berdasarkan uji regresi linear sederhana. Responden melaporkan peningkatan kepuasan dan kemudahan akses informasi, meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam pembaruan informasi dan keterbatasan konektivitas internet. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Linktree adalah platform yang efektif untuk mendukung transformasi digital layanan publik, dengan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan infrastruktur digital, pembaruan konten yang rutin, dan pelatihan literasi digital bagi pengguna.
Effectiveness of Linktree in Supporting Study Assignment Information for Civil Servants in West Sumbawa Regency
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Linktree in supporting the provision of study assignment information for Civil Servants in West Sumbawa Regency. A mixed-method approach was employed, integrating quantitative analysis through questionnaires and qualitative analysis through interviews and direct observations. The findings revealed that Linktree increased information access efficiency by 75%, with a 74.5% impact on service effectiveness based on simple linear regression analysis. Respondents reported enhanced satisfaction and ease of access, although challenges were identified in updating information and limited internet connectivity. The study concludes that Linktree is an effective platform to support the digital transformation of public services, with recommendations for improving digital infrastructure, regular content updates, and user digital literacy training.
