Intervensi Aktivitas Fisik Berbasis Sekolah: Tinjauan Sistematis tentang Perubahan Perilaku Kesehatan dan Pencegahan Penyakit Tidak Menular

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas intervensi aktivitas fisik berbasis sekolah dalam meningkatkan perilaku kesehatan serta mencegah penyakit tidak menular pada anak dan remaja. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan sistematis dengan mengkaji berbagai artikel ilmiah dari database seperti PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, dan SpringerLink dalam rentang tahun 2025–2026. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi aktivitas fisik berbasis sekolah mampu meningkatkan aktivitas fisik siswa, mengurangi perilaku sedentari, serta menurunkan risiko obesitas, diabetes tipe 2, sindrom metabolik, dan penyakit kardiovaskular. Program multikomponen yang mengintegrasikan aktivitas fisik, edukasi kesehatan, promosi gaya hidup sehat, serta dukungan guru dan keluarga terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan pendekatan tunggal. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi digital dan pendekatan berbasis perilaku juga meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi siswa dalam aktivitas fisik. Keberhasilan implementasi program dipengaruhi oleh dukungan kebijakan, lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung, kolaborasi lintas sektor, dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, intervensi aktivitas fisik berbasis sekolah merupakan strategi preventif yang efektif dan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan perilaku kesehatan serta mencegah penyakit tidak menular sejak usia dini.
School-Based Physical Activity Interventions: A Systematic Review on Health Behavior Change and Prevention of Non-Communicable Diseases
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of school-based physical activity interventions in improving health behaviors and preventing non-communicable diseases among children and adolescents. The method used was a systematic review by examining various scientific articles from databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, and SpringerLink published between 2025 and 2026. The findings indicate that school-based physical activity interventions can increase students’ physical activity levels, reduce sedentary behavior, and decrease the risk of obesity, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and cardiovascular diseases. Multicomponent programs integrating physical activity, health education, healthy lifestyle promotion, and support from teachers and families were found to be more effective than single interventions. In addition, digital technology and behavior-based approaches enhanced students’ motivation and participation in physical activity programs. The success of implementation was influenced by policy support, supportive school environments, cross-sector collaboration, and community involvement. Therefore, school-based physical activity interventions represent an effective and sustainable preventive strategy for improving health behaviors and preventing non-communicable diseases from an early age.
