Analisis Keterampilan Dasar Futsal Peserta Ekstrakurikuler Sekolah Menengah Atas di Lombok Tengah

Keterampilan dasar futsal merupakan komponen penting dalam pembinaan ekstrakurikuler sekolah karena berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas permainan, penguasaan bola, dan penyelesaian serangan. Namun, pembinaan futsal sekolah sering belum didukung oleh data objektif mengenai kemampuan teknik dasar peserta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat keterampilan dasar bermain futsal peserta ekstrakurikuler SMAN 1 Praya Barat Daya pada aspek passing-controlling, dribbling, dan shooting. Penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik total sampling. Sampel terdiri atas 20 peserta aktif ekstrakurikuler futsal. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes praktik keterampilan dasar futsal dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, meliputi mean, standar deviasi, minimum, maksimum, frekuensi, persentase, dan klasifikasi T-score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor akhir keterampilan dasar memiliki rata-rata 48,31, standar deviasi 5,88, nilai minimum 26,60, dan nilai maksimum 55,08. Berdasarkan kategori T-score, sebanyak 15 peserta (75%) berada pada kategori sedang, 1 peserta (5%) kategori baik, 3 peserta (15%) kategori kurang, dan 1 peserta (5%) kategori kurang sekali. Tidak terdapat peserta pada kategori baik sekali. Passing-controlling merupakan aspek yang relatif paling stabil, sedangkan shooting menjadi aspek yang paling membutuhkan peningkatan. Kesimpulannya, peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal telah memiliki dasar keterampilan bermain, tetapi penguasaan teknik belum optimal dan perlu ditingkatkan melalui program latihan yang lebih terarah, terutama pada aspek shooting dan dribbling.
Analysis of Basic Futsal Skills among Senior High School Extracurricular Participants in Central Lombok
Abstract
Basic futsal skills are essential components of school extracurricular coaching because they influence game effectiveness, ball possession, and attacking performance. However, school futsal development is often not supported by objective data on students’ technical skill levels. This study aimed to analyze the basic futsal skills of extracurricular participants at SMAN 1 Praya Barat Daya, focusing on passing-controlling, dribbling, and shooting. A quantitative descriptive design was employed using total sampling. The sample consisted of 20 active futsal extracurricular participants. Data were collected through practical futsal skill tests and analyzed using descriptive statistics, including mean, standard deviation, minimum, maximum, frequency, percentage, and T-score classification. The results showed that the overall basic skill score had a mean of 48.31, a standard deviation of 5.88, a minimum score of 26.60, and a maximum score of 55.08. Based on T-score categories, 15 participants (75%) were classified as moderate, 1 participant (5%) as good, 3 participants (15%) as poor, and 1 participant (5%) as very poor. No participant reached the very good category. Passing-controlling was the relatively most stable skill component, whereas shooting was the component most in need of improvement. In conclusion, futsal extracurricular participants had basic playing skills, but their technical mastery was not yet optimal and should be improved through more targeted training programs, particularly in shooting and dribbling.
