Pemetaan Kohesivitas Tim dan Keterampilan Dasar Sepak Bola pada Pemain Remaja dalam Konteks Pembinaan Lokal

Pembinaan sepak bola usia muda membutuhkan pemahaman yang utuh mengenai kondisi psikososial dan kemampuan teknik dasar pemain. Namun, evaluasi yang memetakan kohesivitas tim dan keterampilan dasar sepak bola secara bersamaan pada klub pembinaan lokal masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan tingkat kohesivitas tim dan keterampilan dasar sepak bola pada pemain Bogat FC usia 14–15 tahun. Penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel terdiri atas 32 pemain yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data kohesivitas dikumpulkan menggunakan angket yang diadaptasi dari Group Environment Questionnaire, sedangkan keterampilan dasar sepak bola diukur melalui tes dribbling, short pass, throw in, running with the ball, heading, dan shooting. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, meliputi mean, median, modus, standar deviasi, minimum, maksimum, frekuensi, dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kohesivitas tim berada pada kategori sedang dengan mean 107,59. Distribusi terbesar terdapat pada kategori rendah dan sedang, masing-masing sebesar 34,38%. Keterampilan dasar sepak bola juga berada pada kategori sedang dengan mean 371,84, dan sebanyak 78,13% pemain berada pada kategori sedang. Komponen running with the ball menjadi aspek paling menonjol, sedangkan short pass dan heading masih perlu ditingkatkan. Kesimpulannya, pemain Bogat FC usia 14–15 tahun memiliki kohesivitas dan keterampilan dasar pada tingkat sedang, sehingga pembinaan perlu diarahkan pada penguatan kerja sama tim dan peningkatan teknik dasar secara terpadu.
Mapping Team Cohesion and Basic Football Skills among Adolescent Players in a Local Development Setting
Abstract
Youth football development requires a comprehensive understanding of players’ psychosocial conditions and basic technical abilities. However, evaluations that simultaneously map team cohesion and basic football skills in local development clubs remain limited. This study aimed to map the levels of team cohesion and basic football skills among 14–15-year-old Bogat FC players. A quantitative descriptive survey design was employed. The sample consisted of 32 players selected through total sampling. Team cohesion data were collected using a questionnaire adapted from the Group Environment Questionnaire, while basic football skills were assessed through dribbling, short pass, throw in, running with the ball, heading, and shooting tests. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including mean, median, mode, standard deviation, minimum, maximum, frequency, and percentage. The results showed that team cohesion was in the moderate category, with a mean score of 107.59. The largest distributions were found in the low and moderate categories, each accounting for 34.38%. Basic football skills were also in the moderate category, with a mean score of 371.84, and 78.13% of players were classified as moderate. Running with the ball was the most prominent skill component, whereas short pass and heading required further improvement. In conclusion, Bogat FC players aged 14–15 years demonstrated moderate levels of team cohesion and basic football skills, indicating the need for integrated coaching that strengthens teamwork and improves fundamental technical skills.
